Happy New Year!!
ReplyDeleteDearest Sarah,
ReplyDeleteWe had a very quiet New Year's Eve and went to bed way before midnight... Woke up from the fireworks and luckily the kitties were all inside and remained calm.
You certainly pulled off a very special welcome 2021 with elegant setting!
Wishing you both the very best, health wise, that proves to be the most important thing there is.
Hugs,
Mariette
Happy New year, my friend! Cheers to the new year!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, Sarah! Everything is so pretty!!! The cookies are unreal. Of course I love the Courtly Check pretties, and the black tie flatware is pretty, too. I don't think I've seen it in person in a store yet. Your setting is darling and festive!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful New Year's celebration. You have the gift for styling and creativeness. I love every detail!
ReplyDeleteWishing the best to you and your husband this new year!
I love how you make everything special for the two of you.Bonne Année!
ReplyDeleteA nice way to start the new year. Ours was quiet, off to bed way earlier than any fireworks. Hopefully, we're all in the 4th quarter of this pandemic, and we will all have the chance be vaccinated for a fresh start soon.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Sarah! Your vignettes are always so delightful, and I love all the gold bling and cute New Years things you used...the Oreo candy canes are wonderful fun! Your table is elegant and perfect for ringing in the New Year, Cheers to 2021!

What a fun and festive post! All glorious wishes for a beautiful and happy new year! I love every fun, joyful touch!
ReplyDeleteA beautiful table setting and buffet Sarah. I love the black and gold and how festive and elegant. So many special touches that are in the details, your signature touch. Love that champagne too. We also had a table for two, more casual with a late night and enjoyed a fireworks show from our own backyard.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year dear Sarah!
What a difference a year makes!!! I love your table and the black and white-nothing like that crisp clean look to ring in the New Year. I hope that you have a most wonderful, healthy 2021. xo Diana
ReplyDeleteSarah I am so happy I stopped by to see your amazing New Year's table. More than anything, I'm so blown away by the creative energy and love you are always putting out to the world. After all these months of social distancing from family and friends and the toll that takes on our spirit, you still delight your hubby and all your lucky readers with so much beauty. I'm so in awe of these place settings. Pure gorgeousness. And the decorated sideboard with those adorable cookies. Gosh I wish Jim and I could stop by and visit with two. Here's wishing you and everyone in your life a healthy 2021, filled with love.
ReplyDeleteYou are such a special person Sarah. I hope you know that.
xo

Happy New Year Sarah. Yes, we started the new year with a kiss but it was at 9:00 PM, bedtime! But we went to bed with high hopes of 2021 being a much better year..Your celebration looks splendid and so pretty..Stay well..xxoJudy
ReplyDeleteALWAYS with a kiss! Two, in fact. One to symbolically kiss the old year goodbye, and one to greet each other in the new year!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun and festive post! I hope that you have a joyful and healthy 2021.
ReplyDeleteSarah, Happy New Year! I love the black and gold and the plate stack is amazing as are the treats. I seemed to have missed Oreo candy canes. Wishing you a safe and healthy year ahead!
ReplyDeleteThinking of you dear Sarah and M as this New Year starts, and wishing you many wonderful moments - they are out there somewhere!!!
ReplyDeleteJust stay healthy and safe dear friend.

P.S. Any news from Maggie? She seems to have dropped off the radar again. Hope all is well.
Oh Sarah, you set the prettiest tables and buffets!! Your butler is so adorable and the sweet and salty mix sounds divine. Happy New Year to you and your Chef!
ReplyDeleteSarah, I think so many of us had NYE parties for two at home this year! We actually went down to our daughter's apartment in Austin, but for the most part, it was quiet for the three of us. Neighbors there shot off fireworks but all was quiet just after 1am, so then everyone could go to sleep. Thanks for sharing your lovely party with us at Share Your Style! I was happy to feature your pretty table at this past week's SYS #288. <3
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you,
Hugs,
Barb :)
