ReplyDeleteSarah, what an assortment of red, white, and blue. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHow I loved all your exquisite photos of your adventures, do envy you so.The places you've been and places you've seen are not something many do, let alone share. Thank you for sharing your adventures. I've been able to see places in my imagination by reading.
ReplyDeleteHave you ever read any of Maeve Binchy's books about Ireland? Love her books and characters, couple of her books made into movies but nothing equals the books and how I imagined the places and characters. Have also read many of Rosamunde Pilchers books about England and Scotland .Have read The Shell Seekers a few times, one of her most popular books..
Have also read novels about Australia before it was so populated, before anybody traveled over the Blue Mountains. The authors depiction of how people were treated. I know some of novels are authors imagination to keep interest but have learned so much out of them all.
Might not get to goto these places bu tcan learn about how people live, love, raise their children. How I envy you and your husband for going to these places. Have also read "Out of Africa" at least 3 times and of course seen movie, love that one too.
Reading and seeing the movies has been big part of my very limited education.
Now I need to find where I can subscribe to your blog. Happy week to you
