Miss Annabelle's Pinks

Happy Pink Days!

It's Pink Saturday and there just happens to be a wealth

of pink happiness in our family.

I'm joining Beverly @ How Sweet the Sound

to celebrate Pink Saturday and the birth of

Miss Annabelle Fay.

Drawers full of pinkness

And booties so small

A sweet knitted cap

For Miss Annabelle all

Will it be soft minty green with shades of pink

Or pink knitted sweater with white ribbon bows

Perhaps dotty pink pants . . . and so it goes

With so many choices, what do you think?

Precious one,

So small,

So sweet

Dancing in on angel feet

Straight from Heaven's brightest star

What a miracle you are!

The summer we married, my husband was in graduate school, and I was employed as a teacher. We took a portion of our savings that summer and purchased a sailboat. We christened our Catalina 22, “Hyacinths For The Soul” after Saadi’s poem. Our "Hyacinths" provided years of pleasure.

  10. Sarah, she is as cute as can be, and those clothes are, too! I would be hard-pressed to pick a favorite... but that hat! Oh, that hat is adorable. So are the cute knitted pieces. Eeny, meeny, miney, MO! I couldn't pick between all of this cute pinkness if I had to, but I know she will love wearing it. Just darling!

Happy PS to you, my friend...

    XO,

    Sheila :-)

  11. What a wonderful Pink Saturday post! I just ♥ the fact that each of us shares such a variety of items - that's one reason why this event is never boring. Always something fun, new, lovely or interesting around the corner.

What is better than a pink, little girl. Oh, to hold a baby in my arms again...sigh. All of my grandchildren are growing up and way too quickly, if you ask me!

Thanks for sharing a part of yourself today☺ Cold, gloomy day today but, as always, bright and sunny on the Pink Saturday blogs.

♫Wishing you sunshine and happiness this weekend!♫

  16. Be still my heart...there is nothing better than a new baby! This reminded me of when my first daughter was born. We received a dozen pink sunsuits while I was in the hospital. Boy did I love those years...this is all so wonderful.

  19. Very nice post today. Go to http://blogger.sharedbook.com you choose the colors how much you want to cover and they make it give you the price and then you decide if you want to purchase or not. It cost a flat rate and then a few cents for each additional page. I did mine in sections at a time. Not bad.

  23. Such precious outfits, and what a pretty little girl. I scrolled down to read the previous post I had missed and learned that this is your great niece. She does look tiny, but she also looks healthy. I have 2 baby gifts I need to buy, and both of them are boys -they just don't make cute things for boys like they do for girls. Sweet post Sarah. laurie
