Sarah
The summer we married, my husband was in graduate school, and I was employed as a teacher. We took a portion of our savings that summer and purchased a sailboat. We christened our Catalina 22, “Hyacinths For The Soul” after Saadi’s poem. Our "Hyacinths" provided years of pleasure.

Hi, Sarah!
ReplyDeleteJust dropping by to say that I hope you got off the ground. Is that today or tomorrow? I'm thinking of you.
It's going to be very cold here tonight. Not sure what the verdict is, but they say COLD. So I will creep around in the bushes and turn on the water. LOL! I hate that. I don't mind the cold except for that.
XO,
Sheila :-)
Happy January Sarah and here's to snowmen. I love them! Since I never got a Christmas tree up I just put up a white "winter" tree and have it decorated in snowflakes and icicles and hearts. Will share soon.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute ME card! Happy Witer to you too. It's really cold here, but I'm still happy (if it lasts very long, I may not be so happy!) When I got up this a.m., the temp was 13, and the wind was howling! We Arkansans aren't used to that kind of weather! Brrrrr. Hope you're staying warm! laurie
ReplyDeleteHi Sarah (and what a gorgeous name you have!!!),
ReplyDeleteAnd a Happy Winter to you too....but secretly, now Christmas is over, I can't wait until spring!

I always love all of your snowmen. Who could resist all of those sweet and fluffy faces.
ReplyDeleteI hope to see you back for Pink Saturday again soon.♥
Winter, even when cold, wet, snowy is fine with me - I much prefer it to hot and humid Summer. But give me a perfect Spring morning, or a late Autumn afternoon, then we're talking!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend Sarah.
Hugs - Mary
Sarah, just checking in to see if you made it home safely. Hope you had fun!
ReplyDeleteXO,
Sheila :-)
